I would agree with this, but lately I've been trying to have smaller meals during the day and at dinnertime, and then small snacks throughout the day. For whatever reason, I just feel better. I haven't lost weight or anything but I just feel healthier.

Cereal. Corn pops, corn flakes, cinnamon toast crunch, cheerios, froot loops, kix, frosted flakes, raisin bran, cinnamon raisin crunch, etc. You name it I'll snack on it.
