Read all of Wicked (at least twice too!), but only got through half of Son of a Witch. I didn't like it as much, mostly because it wasn't as psychological, I think. I still have A Lion Among Men on my bookshelves, untouched.

The last good book I read was The Heretic's Daughter by Kathleen Kent. It's a really good novel based upon the Salem witchcraft trials.

I havent read a fiction novel in over a year Ever since I started grad school classes online I just cant find time for them. However, hubby and i started attending a Dave Ramsey Financial Peace University about a month ago, and I've been reading the book for it.

I wish this stuff would have been part of high school curriculum...I wouldnt have to be reading it now.

That's the problem I've been finding with law school, I don't get a chance to read as much non-law related stuff as I'd like.

Agreed, While I have not converted to Dave Ramsey stuff I listen to him a lot on the radio. A lot of it is solid common sense and good advice when you are first starting a family and such. I was lucky to learn a similar curriculum in high school.

Yeah, we're trying to "fix" stuff before we do get the point of having kids. I really like how it teaches you to also teach your kids to be smart about money. I was/am a Suze Orman fan, but since I've started paying attention to Dave - his suggestions are a little easier to understand.

I was just coming here to post this same thing!! (Except I only have a long weekend, not a whole week on the beach).

I just finished Enthusiasm by Polly Shulman. I was a cute read - but it seemed so FAST after the Twilight series.
