I live in the same city that you and your college does. My husband attended way back when. . .so did my sister. Exactly what is the situation there? (Where are you in relation to the other groups and total, etc.) I know it's a unique situation being a "commuter school" and all. . . I also know they recently hired 2 people into the Greek Affairs office last semester. Are they helping things any?
PM me if you don't want to post all of the specifics. I might be able to think of some ideas, etc. I know that when I pledged my group, there were either 6 or 8 members active that year. When I graduated, we were around 40 members. If I can't think of any ideas, I bet I could contact some of my girls who could come up with some.
