Texas is a tough recruitment. Ditto what previous posters said about clubs and recs.

How good are you at riding a bucking bronco? -- because that's how it's going to feel.

Just be prepared to "get back up on the saddle" each day, and you'll be fine. Keep an open mind to all the chapters. Good luck!
