In talking about members who do not want to do when the Chips Are Down "GTFO". Get the Fu*# Out! Sometimes it is better to start with a smaller number of hard working Brothers than sit with a load of Sh^& on your hands!
I hate to be harsh, as it had to be done at my chapter because of drugs!
