I did a check and for those dates, you can get a car from Thrifty for $161.91 (I chose compact car as you didn't say what kind you wanted to rent....I also picked drop-off and pick up times at 10am...not sure when your flights arrive/leave)
Travelocity is a great site...I use it for all my travel bookings (cars, hotels, flights...even my honeymoon cruise!
) and I find they generally have the lowest prices out there!

CutiePie2000 is right too...normally you can't rent unless you're 21 (there are waivers if it is for business though) and most will charge an additional fee if you're under 25....check out their policies (they're listed on Travelocity so you know what extra fees you may have to pay when you go to pick up the car!)
