I tried to find the TMI thread, but I couldn't find it, so here it goes. Read at your own risk.
Okay, I've seen some wacky things, and a lot of things that most people would find disgusting. I've seen and removed maggots, warbles, tapeworms, roundworms, hookworms, etc. but removing a leech from a dogs penis is a first for me. I've seen them inside noses before, but this little guy decided to try a different part of the body. The client told me that he kept licking in that area, and when she checked him, she didn't see anything. She said that it was when he would urinate that she saw the bloody urine. When I saw the sample of his urine, the last thing I thought about was a leech. There was some blood, but there was also a penile discharge which gave me the impression that it was balanoposthitis. The dog had not been neutered, so that was my first thought. When I saw the dog licking that area, I looked to see if anything looked abnormal. It was a little red and swollen, but the sheath and small portion of his penis was exposed. When I saw that his penis was exposed, at that point, that's when I knew there had to be something inside keeping it from retracting. Long story short, I had to put the dog under anesthesia in order to get it out. There was no other way because it wasn't on the outside of the sheath, it was on the inside attached to the penis itself. I gave him some meds to help stop the bleeding and I sent him home. Well, there's a first time for everything. I'll have to post this one on VIN.
Clever little parasite.

Here's the first few we pulled. Teeth are numbered so it makes it much easier for us to tell which ones we pulled.

I could have lived my whole life not knowing that.
Soooo my now ex-co-worker has a lip ring and I really wanna make out with him just so I can know what it feels like. He said it feels good when the girl he's kissing tugs on it and it took all my self-control not to volunteer.....

My most recent ex had snakebites. It was surprising at first but I really liked it after that shock.

Yes! We worked together and I make it a point not to go after co-workers (I had a very nasty case of sexual harassment awhile back). However, as I don't work there anymore.... .

1. Him. 2. A lot of things. 3. No.
In short: I liked him so I flirted. He flirted back and, at first, I enjoyed it. Then he became a horny a-hole, whispering sexual comments in the halls, grunting and moaning when I walked by, constantly texting me porn, etc. It took me months to go to management because I blamed myself for it. Everyone knew I liked him and that I had flirted first and I was afraid they'd say I started it. But I did my part, I told him repeatedly to leave me alone and he wouldn't. I shouldn't have blamed myself for that. But for the sake of this NEVER happening again, I stay away from co-workers now. I know there will always be jerks who take it too far, but it feels safer this way.

I know. But I need to stop living for "what could be." It screws me everytime, anyway. I know not dating co-workers will not be the single thing that keeps this from happening again, but I feel like it helps. After such a long time of not feeling safe, I'd rather keep doing what works. Maybe I'll switch it up one day because there are great guys in the workplace, but this works for me right now.
