So do you have enough info for the Wikipedia page? I'm sure it will still be a work in progress.

I moved it into the mainspace early this morning.
It is now available at
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of...al_Conventions and is linked from the Delta Sigma Theta wikipedia page.

Any additional information is still welcome...
