LOL...another good point,John McCain is not young at all,and I'm not knocking on Obama's ambitions at all;in fact I'm very proud of him.

To be honest I am not sure exactly where you are going with this thread...if this is simply a matter of his physical and mental health, then I will answer that by saying anyone that runs for president, that is what they sign up for. They should already be aware of the trials and tribulations that await should they be elected. By Obama only being in his mid 40's isn't too likely to just 'keel over' dead from the stress.

Again, this is their job to juggle multiple issues simultaneously. That's why they are the president.
