I mean I guess it does happen, but it just seemed a bit far fetched...

I guessed Izzy was sick before the great reveal....I almost thought she was going to get hit by a car or something when she was outside for the last scene with Denny...

I thought she wanted off the show anyways...so that might be why...

Meridith's creepy obsession with the serial killer was just weird...

I keep wanting Christina and McHottie to hook up...damn he is hot...

Um, yes, it happens. It's actually easy to do. I know a girl who did it to a guy. She said she was on top and it came out. Before she realized it was out, she came down and crushed it. She said it made a loud "cracking" noise. He went to the emergency room. But, he never spoke to her again. So, she didn't know what happened after that.

I think everyone knew Izzy was sick. I don't think it was really a "great reveal."

Also, Christina and McHottie do not NEED to hook up right now. He needs to heal himself first. If they hook up too soon, they won't make it. And, I want Christina to really find love this time.

I don't understand how you think she had an "obsession" with the serial killer. She made a human connection as his doctor. She, unlike Ellis, has a heart and realized that through all of his bravado the guy was genuinely scared of dying. He asked her to be there so he had one person in that entire viewing room that had any sort of good will toward him. She didn't WANT to be there. But, she knew in her heart it was a good thing to do.

(Don't get me wrong, I don't feel sorry for the guy. But, I can see where she was coming from.)

I'm surprised at how many people said, "Why don't they just tell us what's wrong with Izzie already!!!" I thought it'd be obvious that she was sick, but in the last few weeks people kept acting like it was all a big mystery...anyway, I do like Izzie (not seeing dead people) so I'm excited to see what happens to her. And I think I would've done the same thing Mer did. I had a dream once that one of my old patients from the hospital was dying and I was asked to sit with him while he passed because he had no one else. I did it in the dream and it surprised me, but deep down I think I'd do it IRL, too.

This is the point. Everyone pretty much knew she was sick. But they dragged it out forever. And it was just getting more weird than anything else.

Nah, not on my end. My "discussion" people would say, ""What's wrong with Izzie? Why is she seeing dead people? Is she supposed to be clairvoyant?" and I'd say, "Isn't it obvious? She's sick and he's probably a hallucination or something." Then the next week and we're back to, "What's wrong with Izzie? Why is she seeing dead people?"

Agreed. The second Denny showed up again I told my best friend that Izzy was dying. Kim didn't believe me until that last episode when they told everyone... so not everyone knew.
