Hey Everyone! So I am officially done with day one of open house round and I am exhausted. My day went really well it was overwhelming at first with all the cheers but I am really glad to be rushing.
3 Musketeers – This was my first house and it was so loud! I would say I got along/clicked really well with half of the girls I talked to. With the first and last girl, I ran out of things to say. Right now this house in the middle for me.
Swedish Fish – I really liked this house. For a good portion of the time I talked with two girls and we all got along really well. We talked a lot about traveling and studying abroad. The conversation really did not lag.
Reese – The first girl I was paired with talked almost the entire and would ask me a general question but then just continue to talk and talk about it. The second girl was awkward and there were many lags. The final girl was ok but she was kind of over the top. Overall, I do not really feel it’s me.
M&M’s – Although it was better than Reese’s, there were still some awkward pauses. We talked mainly about movies and I am not sure if I could see myself here.
Kit Kat – I loved this house. They were all dressed with Lilly Pulitzer accessories and so cute. All the girls were really nice and seemed genuine, conversation flowed really well. I even met a girl from my county (I am from out of state) which was really nice.
Milky Way – My mom told me that a co-worker had a daughter from this sorority and I actually was randomly matched with her. I liked these girls and the conversation was good, but still just the basic get to know you.
Skittles – This house I was paired with another pnm but I felt we could have had one each. The pairing in itself was hard but the second sorority girl herself dominated the conversation. Not to mention she made some discriminatory comments. Not feeling this one too much.
Although we do not rank until we visit all the sororities tomorrow, my ranking for the day is …
