Quota is 40, and we were able to extend 39 bids.
For comparison, last year quota was 42, we were able to extend 25 bids and got 12 on Bid Day. Through COB we raised it to 22.
We've already beat last year...

I just found out Kelly is a Minerva. I'm obviously disappointed, but I've heard what happened from a mutual friend. Basically as much as she likes me and considers me a good friend, she didn't click with my sisters and got along much better with the Minervas. I'm really glad she found a home with sisters she loves!

I've loved reading the story of your chapter's renaissance. It ought to be pinned up so any other chapter in a similar situation can learn from, and be inspired, by it.

Look at it this way too, even if some don't accept their bids, just by the numbers you can tell you did so much better this year! That ought to not only get you guys so excited for COB but you will also have more PNMs to choose from (more new members means more best friends/roommates of new members!). I'm so excited to see who ends up in your pledge class...yay for Lily!

This has been incredibly fun and inspirational to read. Should be required reading for any new/struggling/fighting tent talk chapter. A few dedicated and determined members with a plan can make a huge difference in just a few years.
I think all of us reading this thread are wishing secretly that you are our sister! But actually, you are, no matter what badge you are wearing.

Ok, I'm running to Bid Night, but I wanted to let you know we will have 27 amazing young women joining our chapter as new members, including Lily, Zoe and Danielle! This is the most we've ever had - last year there were 12 on Bid Day and the year before there were 9 or 10. Through COB we should be able to make quota!
SO EXCITED!! I'll post again later tonight!
