How are these two chapters doing? I found a website for Sam Houston State, so I know they're still on campus. I also found a story about an award honoring the chapter at Southeastern Oklahoma State in August 2008. I know the first few years after chartering can be tough, so I hope these organizations were able to strengthen quickly.
