Me too. The hair comes off, but it's because you SANDED IT AWAY.

Double post, but does anyone own the Sham-Wow (the towels that are supposed to be super absorbent). I keep seeing the commercial, and i'm curious to know if they are really that good.

Saw them on display of the window at Bed Bath and Beyond tonight. I swear they have everything that is seen on tv, except the damn hair bumps!

I highly recommend the green bags for produce. They truly do extend the life of your fruits and vegetables, especially bananas. I love bananas but I usually have to buy a couple that are ripe, a couple that are half ripe and a couple that are green to get me through a whole week. The green bags are great for lettuce too. I immediately transfer the bagged salad I buy into those and it stays good much longer! I thought they were pricey but my neighbor gave me one to try and I was sold. I throw out so much less produce now that I think they pay for themselves.

They did have:
Debbie Meyer's Green Bags
Debbie Meyer's Bread Bags
ShamWOW
The Perfect Pushup
The Iron Gym
Tweeze
Buxton Organizer
One Touch can Opener
Pasta N' More
Bendaroos
Pedi Paws
some stuff from Billy Mays that I can't remember
this hearing aid-type thing that amplifies sound

and a few other things that I can't remember at the moment.

According to KFVS12 News's Does it work Wednesday (tests all kinds of as seen on tv stuff,) the bumpit doesn't work well with fine hair.

Here's a link to their website, they grade everything pretty hard and there are many products listed.

A girl that I coach has the bra strap contraption and says that if you move too much it tends to either flip or scratch your back. It also will tend to ride up one side and make your straps uneven.

I figured as much. Nothing ever seems to be made for those of us with fine hair. I was always the girl in high school who would go through three cans of Aqua Net a week to get my "perfect pouf", only to have my hair completely deflate by 2nd period.

Off topic, but we must be from the same area! I love to watch KFVS 12 and Does It Work Wednesdays. It's kept me from buying some pretty wretched things...

I got about half the Sham-Wow pack from my dad the other week. I was so excited because for some reason, I buy a lot of clothes that are "hand wash only." So I figured, perfect! I can roll my shirts in the Sham-Wow and stop using up regular towels to absorb the extra water before I hang them to dry.

I would like to rename them the Sham-Eh. Maybe it's just me, but they're no more absorbent than my bath towels! And when you buy them brand new out of the pack, they smell horrible! Plus I've only thrown mine in the wash twice, and they're pretty much shriveled to half their original size. I have yet to try them in the kitchen - maybe they'll be better - but I'm not holding my breath.
