She was asking about how to tell her chapter she was transferring to a new school, nothing was said about changing organizations. Sometimes, your life/home/school situation dictates that you change schools, and sometimes there's a chapter at your new school. Sometimes there isn't.

And who are you anyway? It looks like someone needs to stay in his/her lane.
