If she works at Nordstroms, how on earth does she afford 20+ acres in Sewickley? She was talking about all the land she has, and I was wondering what the heck kind of money she must come from.

(I'm hoping I didn't just confuse who was who, but I remember this specifically)

Speaking as someone who worked at Nordstrom one summer in college, I can say that Nordstrom pays a lot better than what you may think. Especially with commission. There are plenty of people there that make quite a nice living.

Is she divorced? The property may have been purchased while in a marriage.

Nordstrom's only been open for less than a year here, I think. But who knows, maybe she makes enough. But Sewickley is a VERY pricey area, so 20 acres would cost a bundle.

She kind of annoys me, but at the same time she seems to be much more of a real person than many of the other contestants.

I feel bad saying this, but the woman who is a widow frightens the hell out of me. I think she is just plain scary, drag-queen 50 year old looking. She seems like a good person, but just creeps me out.
