I don't know if you should remove the name. Is there anyone else from your school on GC? If that's the case, then maybe you should. I'm not sure.
You seem to be feeling better. I found that if anything goes awry with your sorority and another org., just apologize once and let it go. Don't draw more attention to a very minor mistake by apologizing over and over. Just let it go. Don't worry so much and enjoy your NBO experience.
