^^^ FYI - make sure you check out the posting dates on the threads you're replying to. The last post was almost a year and a half ago, so I doubt the OP will see your response.

Well, there are several threads on here that are recent-- just check the post date. The archived posts are best if you're researching information or something.

I always click "New Posts" or "Quick Links -- Today's Posts" at the top of the screen to get the most recent posts.

Overall, though, it's the bigness of the car that counts the most. Because when something bad happens in a really big car – accidentally speeding through the middle of a gang of unruly young people who have been taunting you in a drive-in restaurant, for instance – it happens very far away – way out at the end of your fenders. It's like a civil war in Africa; you know, it doesn't really concern you too much. - P.J. O'Rourke

I believe it as an aphorism which pre-dates Lincoln, but he was the first famous person to use it, and thus it is sometimes attributed to him. I've also seen it attributed to Mark Twain.

Eh, I didn't make the pic, hon. Regardless of who said it, the lesson still applies.
