MC VS. NPC
Someone has to give in.
Multi-cultural DOES include white. It's just a myth that it doesn't. I was in a MC sorority for a little while, about 1/3 of the colony was white.
Also, a non-greek MC organization on our campus has white people.
Also, I've seen a few NPC chapters where the majority is Asian and/or Hispanic and LOTS of IFCs.
Judging from I just read I believe that your organization will do better if it goes MC, rather than NPC.
What are the demographics like on your campus?
That can be a very important factor.
