I recently ran into a very elderly woman working at Joanne Fabrics. She saw my KKG tote bag and asked if I was a Kappa. I told her I was, and she said that she had been Greek in college (though not Kappa, sadly). Even though she wasn't a sister, she was adorable and I was glad to meet another Panhellenic woman

I was at a national sales meeting for my company, which is pretty small (we have fewer than 100 reps in the entire country) when I see a beautiful young lady with a key necklace! Of course, I introduce myself and ask if her key necklace has any significance. She says "I am a Kappa". We really enjoyed getting to know each other, even though we live in different parts of the country!
It truly is a small world and so special when you meet sisters when you least expect it!

One of my FSU sisters went to the DNC, and I DEFINITELY thinks this qualifies as running into another Kappa =) |

I was wearing my letters in class this morning and afterwards, one of my classmates-a woman about 30-35-came up to me and was so excited to tell me that she had been a Kappa in our chapter during her undergrad. It was so random!

At a job interview for a Member of Congress. The Chief of Staff is a Kappa, as was one of our interns. 3 Kappa girls (yes I got the job!) in an office of 11-ish people. AND a fellow Epsilon Delta Kappa, one pledge class below me, worked across the hall!
