AND she spent the first half of the game at Exile Island! Usually that harms people - makes them an outsider - but in Sugar's case it has worked. I can't believe they let her get to the end without forcing her to use her immunity idol...if I were one of them, I'd make her use it quickly, so she wouldn't have immunity this long. In essence, they gave her immunity all of these weeks because for some reason they thought it was a lost cause voting for her.

This is exactly what I’ve been thinking the whole time. Why has no one tried to blindside Sugar? But if you truly think about it, there’s never really been an "opportunity" to do so. First of all, the switching of tribes so many times called for people to stick together, even if they weren’t thrilled about it, so that they’d survive another three days. And it appears that the goal was to always kick off the strongest players. Sugar has never been a particularly strong player in the challenges, so I don’t think that she was ever seen as a threat.
I find that for the most part, the players that have been laying low and keeping quiet are the ones who are surviving (Sugar, Matty, Susie and Bob.. up until the last couple episodes when he's been desperately strategizing so that he wasn't the "outsider from the other tribe")
