I'm not a regular JKPE watcher, but I flipped on TLC the other night and came across a show called "Twins, Twins & Sextuplets" -- what does the JKPE fanbase think of that show? I only watched part of it, but at first glance, I'd say they've got J&K by one set of twins PLUS one of their sextuplets has cerebral palsy AND the parents are really likable and still genuinely seem to like each other, have fun and have kept their senses of humor. I think J&K have some competition!
