Another Sigma President
The national Phi Beta Sigma website doesn't mention the fact that William V.S. Tubman was a member of Phi Beta Sigma. Below is a rare photo of him with his Sigma brothers.

He was President of Liberia. I think he was like the 19th or 20th.

He was the President of Liberia from 1944 to 1971.
