Apparently CNN. Anyway, I kinda doubt possession of a weapon is included in the terms of this guy's release/probation/rehabilitation activities.
My thoughts exactly - not a very strong argument for gun control. He got that weapon illegally without gun control, and he would be able to get it with gun control.
