Absolutely! And if you have any questions or are confused about anything, ask! You have a right to ask poll workers/volunteers to explain the ballot.
And, if you are *in line* by the time the polls close, you have the right to vote.
And for the most part, be prepared to wait in lines tomorrow...bring water, a snack, anything that might make it a more comfortable wait.
