Happy to help out...this is new to you, so how were you supposed to know?

Another quick thing I wanted to mention and that is the alum terms that people sometimes get mixed up on......

Woman singular: alumna
Women plural: alumnae

Man singular: alumnus
Men plural: alumni

Men and women together: alumni
