You could bring in guest speakers on relevent topics and open it up to all women on campus. Some ideas are: bring in a career counselor to hold a resume workshop or interview skills workshop, have a police officer speak about personal safety, etc. You could create study groups for certain popular majors and invite others to attend, (even possibly provide a tutor). Dinner with a popular professor... Invite professor's kids to attend a Haunted House... You get the idea.
I think a previous poster got it right when she said BE VISIBLE. Hold events that have a wide appeal and invite others to participate with you. Wear your letters proudly on campus.
On the plus side, you don't have the competitive issues that many campuses do.
Try to be as creative as possible....and HAVE FUN!
