Seriously.

I know that my chapter has a "Sigma Jeopardy" board and the new girls split into teams and play Jeopardy at the end of the NM period for prizes like little Sigma gifts. It's always fun for them and a good review for the [national] test.

Pull in different actives to help with things. Like have the chapter historian do a presentation on chapter/national history, have the ritual person come in for the symbols part, etc. Sometimes having the same person talk can get pretty boring- especially considering these are women that sit through lectures every day. Plus having other actives help with help the new members get to know the officers.
