I have to admit...

Ok.. well.. I have to admit at our school there is a definate tie. But.. I'm gonna go for my boys frat. first!

(what can I say? I'm bias)

1. Phi Kappa Psi!!!!!!
2. Sigma Chi
3. Sigma Phi Epsilon

And.. I know there are TONS more out there that are great...
