I wonder which organization the original poster is a member of.
It would seem that he's a member of a historically-multicultural GLO since he made a distinction between multicultural and Latino groups. I'm afraid to find out what org this is though.
And, yes, multicultural-founded groups have to use the term "historically-multicultural" now because everyone and their mama seems to want to claim multiculturalism these days.
