I was copied on an email yesterday that said that Phi Mu would be presenting at Clemson.
It is almost impossible to colonize on a campus that has beautiful new houses like USC unless there is a house that can be leased for several years...coming up with millions of dollars to build a house is too much of a gamble for most of our GLOs (at least mine!).
This is one of the main reasons schools like Ole Miss are not opening up for extension...because there are no empty houses for anyone to lease and no place on campus to build a new house.
