Saw the What's for dinner thread and remembered we had one for lunch too (merged the 3 into this one).
I think lasagne or some sort of pasta with pesto sauce.

I have a bag of cold cuts, rye bread, and mayo that lives in the fridge at work. I have gastroparesis (delayed stomach emptying), so I have to eat small meals, and more than 3 meals in order to keep up my caloric intake. So I make a 1/2 sandwich around noon, and another 1/2 sandwich around 2:30. Today, it was roast beef for the first sandwich, chicken for the second. No fruit or veggies - but I typically have yogurt with fruit for breakfast and eat veggies with dinner.
