When it was still "frills" it was definitely NO fun standing outside in the (usually just rain) cold January weather in a short jumper with a short sleeve tshirt for "Wizard of OZ" themed day.

I hate to say that I actually laughed....so very sorry for that! But I miss home (Kentucky) so I would gladly stand outside in the cold rain just to be there.
