I stand corrected...the activities she listed may be considered hazing by the institution. Some of the state laws have vague prohibitions against mental abuse, but the activities as described would be hard to turn into a state offense. Careful inspection of the institution rules would be in order however since many orgs and schools include this sort of thing in their hazing rules.
