I didn't mean it like oh my gosh this is my dream... I have so many "dreams" that don't even come close to this so I def. used the wrong word if that's how you took it! I just meant that I thought this would be a great experience for me in college.

Well, what's done is done, but if you are a senior, you are old enough to know that you should not base an entire group on your experience with one or two people. I know that all you may have had was 20 minutes, but there is so much more to look at during your time there. Were people genuinely smiling? Was there laughter? Did other sisters seem invested in talking to PNMs? What about their core values, philanthropy, etc.? In your three years on campus, do you know or click with sisters from any of the sororities? Are any groups particularly active in other areas of campus that you might be interested in?

It was likely random who you ended up talking to, and not every one clicks with everyone else. I don't mean to sound harsh, but I think that you have thrown away two chances by not going back to those houses.
