The Feds are probably still going to investigate what happened with the death of the dancer, and the sludge contract with "Synergy" including allegations of kickbacks to some City Council members. It will be "on and poppin" for many months to come in the "Big D". Plus, Christine Beatty has lost her "bargaining chip" to work out her own "deal" since the "big fish" has pled out. Her case was continued to 9/11/08.

(correcting myself) I saw in the Free Press that Christine Beatty is hoping for a plea deal for next week despite Kwame's plea. She has 7 felony counts of her own.
While it definitely takes two to tango, it always seems that the woman in the affair takes the harder "hit" when its all said and done. Beatty left her husband, quit her job due to the revelation of the affair, may lose her opportunity to take the bar exam (character and fitness problems) and looks like a dummy since Kwame did not leave his wife. When it was all said and done and she was left her twisting in the breeze. Hopefully, she will serve minimal jail time and try to re-build her life. In the latest pictures, she looks like she's aged 100 years
