Pictures like that are not okay, you really just never know who is looking. It's just not appropriate.
I don't even put bathing suit pics of myself/my friends from vacations and such up in public view on Facebook (my photo albums and tagged photos are all private).
I just don't think it's neccessary for everyone to see my goods.
