I was expecting to come in here and it be about some graphic depiction of a sexual encounter...but, lesbian.com? The security guard is a flippin moron and a homophobe.

Nah. Not when the security guard was a rent-a-cop and the department corrected the mistake. A lawsuit would be a waste of time.
