New Confessions:
My brother-in-law is getting married next month and Hubby is the best man.
Confession #1: I am not really interested in going because Hubby's being the best man means that I'll be stuck with baby 9dstpm and that my pretty dress will turn into a silken burp rag while Hubby's having a grand old time.
Confession #2: I secretly wish that my BIL was marrying the mother of his son instead of his fiancee. Also, I'm kinda annoyed that he just dumped his son's mother like it was nothing after they were together for almost a billion years and then marry this girl.
Confession #3: I really don't like my future SIL all that much. When Hubby and I married (the first time), some members of his family just hated on me so hard. I think it was because we didn't have a wedding (we just had a simple ceremony at our pastor's house) and thus the family couldn't eat and get drunk on our dime. I felt like I had to "earn" acceptance in Hubby's family. Meanwhile, future SIL is immediately accepted by the family with no difficulty at all.
Confession #4: I don't like my best friend's wife. I secretly think that she trapped my friend into marriage by getting pregnant. She has no desire to work or to go back and finish college. She expects my friend to take care of her, their baby, and her daughter. She got pregnant her freshman year after a one night stand (she cheated on my friend) and dropped out. Ever since that time she's planned and plotted to get my friend to marry her and she succeded. So now she sits on her fat fanny while my friend works 40+ hours a week and they are barely making ends meet. She loves to use their baby and her daughter as excuses for not getting a job or going back to school. I hate women like her.
