hehe. They were only at one Olympics.

One thing that strikes me is that the Olympics used to be way more "Country Club" - which makes a lot of sense since it was highly influenced at the beginning by European gentry.

For example:

Croquet (funny picture: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Croquet...ummer_Olympics)
Golf
Rugby
and Polo

all used to be in the Olympics. Rugby is considered a front-runner to return in some form, though.
