Next time you do the workout, make sure you do a warm up (stretching) to get your blood pumping. Try doing a little bit of the workout at a time...maybe do fifteen minutes the first week and tack on five minutes the next week, and so on.

I hope you feel better and if you're still having dizzy spells, go get a check up because the workout might just be triggering something else!
