Go through rush and find out for yourself. No one here knows what school you go to, so we can't tell you for sure. Recruitment activities vary from campus to campus.

Membership selection (who to cut, who not to cut) is private business as well.

While you get ready for rush, be sure to read the stickied posts at the top of the Sorority Recruitment forum, if you haven't done so already.

You'll get to talk to several members of each sorority during each round. You'll get to know about them and their sorority and they'll get to know you.

As far as how they determine who to invite back and who to cut, that is the private business of each sorority at your school, so none of us have that info here.
