Pardon me for a moment, ladies. I don't understand the OP's situation at all. From what's been posted, the actions of the national aren't legal. Is this actually a culture/race issue or was that to throw us off a bit? I could understand if it's a music fraternity that says you have to be a music major. But, race-based discrimination can get Greeks into a heap of trouble if it's found out.

I have a hunch it's not race-based but based on another type of personal status. EG read the original post.

It sounds more like an ethnicity situation than race, per se. But that's just my guess ...

I didn't assume it was race-based until the OP said something about the one random redhead-culture loving brunette.

I would have guessed Jewish, but I don't think any of the Jewish fraternities I'm familiar with would be this stupid.

Well, based on the original post and the title of the thread, I have assumed it's race-based (and that religion was just thrown in there to broaden it a little).
But DSTRen13 may be right and the OP may not be distinguising between race and ethnicity.

Where are your graduate advisors or councils? Shouldn't they be helping you with this matter? You need a major back up team support. You should not be fighting this solely by yourself. And if it is that serious, then get a lawyer.
