I like coldstone because of the flavors (mmm blueberry muffin) and it is the cleanest! Majority of the Baskin Robbins, Dairy Queens, and Ben & Jerry's in St. Louis are absolutely filthy.
Hygiene matters a LOT to me when it comes to any restaurant. Ice cream places matter even more, since they don't cook ice cream. I more forgiving of not-so-clean restaurants that serve hot food, since cooking may kill the germs.
I thought the only thing anyone in St. Louis eats is Ted Drewes?

I would have replied Ted Drewes or Oberweis as my preferences, but I figured they were too regional/local to add to the convo. But yes, there are definitely other options here and no reason to go to DQ for sure!
