"Snappy casual" was the attire for one of our recruitment events as well and I remember girls being confused by it. Simply put, for us, it was essentially business casual, maybe a little more laid-back. A nice top (nothing revealing or skimpy) with a cute skirt or nice slacks should be fine. If you have real concerns about the attire, you can always contact your school's Greek Life for information about what they expect.
