We do the layers of letters thing but without the bid day shirts, and the Rho Gammas just loaned their letters to each other.

Ours had a bunch of different layers: Shirts, Tanks, Sweatshirts, some (but only a few) had pants. They played that "I'm Too Sexy" song, and took off different layers. They normally stopped on two or three on the way, paused, then shook their heads. All of the new members were super excited by the end of each girl!
