I went to L.A. a couple of weeks ago and saw Queen "Latisha" as my Great-Aunt called her, in a Fat Burger.
We stayed at the Sheraton Universal the week of the BET Awards, so all kinds of celebs were there. I was too busy making sure my children were in arms reach of me, but I did get a glimpse of Nicole Ari Parker Kodjoe (sans Boris-I was trying to locate him though), B.B. King, Big Tigga (is he still relevant?) Jabbawokeez (the dance crew), and I got a chance to attend the BET Awards show. That was really a good time.
