Hi guys, I'm thinking about going though recruitment at K-State this fall. I would like to get into a sorority, but its not a matter of life and death with me as it seems to be with other girls. I have heard that if you have decent grades and are presentable it is highly unlikely you won't get an offer from a house. Maybe you won't get your first, second, or third choice but you will at least get one offer. The reason I'm asking is because I'm not 100% sure I want to do the greek thing in college. I think that even after recruitment week if I feel its not for me then at least I will have met a lot of cool people. But, if it is something I want to pursue it would be nice to get a bid after spending $250.00 on fees plus new outfits. Basically, it's been an expensive summer with dorm fees, tuition, and books and I'm not sure if I want to spend the time and money with no gaurentee. I know this is not the best attitude to have, and I would appreciate it if you guys could tell me what you think.
