Maybe not a goal but responsibility, yes.

Respectfully I state the following: Ms. Ninja Poodle, as a member of Sigma Gamma Rho, you are dialoguing on the wrong board by saying that gritting is unnecessary or unattractive. In the instances when I have seen 'grits' it is usually exclusive to a certain set of groups whose letters shall remain nameless. Errrbody else wants to be pretty in their pictures or during probates.

Its like oooooooh, we're so so hard and serious. Fear Us. No offense intended, but if anyone reading this ever gritted in a photo or probate, then maybe you ARE the topic of discussion. That is all. Enjoy your holiday ladies and gents.

Angry

I am annoyed by the shimmy tradition.

I am annoyed at a 40+year old man with a gut trying to shimmy naked to entice me.when he tries to do it, it invokes a range of emotions.

In his case it should be called the 'shelly', because nothing shimmies but that jelly on his gut.

um what? how is she posting this on the wrong board? Is there an ownership clause here that no one was aware of? Dang, I thought the PURPOSE of this thread was that ANYONE could post what they thought was an annoying NPHC tradition/practice.

said all that to say what? And the grit is not owned nor given the exclusive rights to be used by ONE particular group. I wish a nucca would own a POUT. yes, a GRIT is the POUT a child uses when they are angry at the parent for putting them in timeout and such.

word. i've see ALL of D9 grit in various probates, and at just random places (on the yard, at a party, etc) and its just unattractive all around.

and who WOULDNT want to look pretty at their probate?
