I really, really want a friend of mine to join ADPi at another school (or at least have the best possible chance). I have asked an alum to write her a recommendation, but this alumna has never met my friend.

Am I, as a collegian, allowed to send in a rec and a letter of introduction for my friend? From the PNM profile, I'm thinking the answer is yes, but does anyone know for sure? Also, is this even a good idea?

i wrote one for a friend when i was a collegian, and i think it's better that you write it because you know her. the chapter sent me a thank you letter, so i'm pretty sure that being from a collegian doesn't devalue the gesture or anything like that.
